Is It Safe To Vape Without Nicotine?

First of all, vaping is a highly functional exercise. It has a very specific purpose – to help give smokers an alternative to smoking. If you want to get into vaping because you watched a cool dude perform some sick tricks with smoke on YouTube, then you are going to be disappointed big time. Vaping doesn’t make you cool. It certainly does not offer any benefits to you.

On the other hand, the amount of practice you need to get good enough to perform tricks at vaping can be dangerous in the long run. Anything can be harmful to you if you do it excessively. Even the healthiest thing that this generation has been smitten by – physical exercise – can be dangerous if done excessively. There are many instances of deaths caused by overexertion due to heavy workouts. So, when done excessively, even nicotine-free vaping can hurt you in the long run. So, why take the risk, just to get a few likes on Facebook, a few views on YouTube, and some popularity among your group? It’s just not worth it.
